About The Position
The Billing Specialist is responsible for the Processing and managing of billing transactions for assigned policies, ensuring timely and accurate collection of invoices. The Billing Specialist will also work with clients, brokers, and insurance carriers to resolve billing issues and discrepancies while demonstrating exceptional customer service abilities at all times. Full-time opportunity at our Lethbridge or Calgary branch locations.
Requirements
- Minimum Grade 12 education, or equivalent is required
- Level 1 license or willingness to obtain is required
- Minimum one year customer service experience
- Motivated to help support a diverse team and contribute to a team environment
- Pro-active and a self-starter with a keen attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectivity in both written and verbal
- Works well in a fast paced, client-focused environment
- Proficiency in windows-based computer systems
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
