The Impact You’ll Make in this Role As a Billing Specialist – Customer Service you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: Providing billing services and account reconciliation support for Solventum’s customers and internal personnel Handling internal and external customer inquiries, claims, complaints; interpreting policies, investigating problems; and communicating with other departments and providers to research and resolve issues, identifying and implementing service solutions Participating in relevant corporate programs/initiatives Ensuring professional, quality and security standards are complied with while performing assigned duties Complying with corporate policies and procedures while acting in a manner consistent with Solventum’s values and ethical standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 1 years of Billing and/or Accounting experience OR High School Diploma/GED from AND 5 years of Billing and/or Accounting experience AND
  • Billing Experience in a private, public, government or military environment
  • 2 years of PC experience, including experience Microsoft Office products
  • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
