Requirements

Must be team-oriented and able to work with a variety of people in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
Must be self-motivated, flexible well-organized and detail-oriented
Requires analysis and problem solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills a must

Nice To Haves

Experience in a high volume billing environment and/or experience within the A/E/C industry preferred
Bachelors or Associates degree in Accounting, Finance or Business
Oracle E-Business Suite experience
Local candidates preferred

Responsibilities

Work with a team of billing professionals to prepare system generated invoices to provide accurate and timely billing using HDR accounting software.
Implement contract requirements while maintaining company controls.
Set up contract and billing terms within HDR accounting software
Generate a high volume of customer invoices as directed by Billing Managers
Work with user departments to assure customers requirements are met
Ensure the accurate and timely billing of clients while complying with company policies.
Track and document contract billing requirements for customers
Research and correct billing issues
Test new software functionality
Other duties as assigned
