Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred (Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field) or equivalent work experience
  • 0-3 years of equivalent work experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Accounting, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to review and interpret operational and financial data.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting functions.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in logistics, transportation, settlement, accounting, or related fields is preferred.
  • Korean language skills preferred (basic to conversational)

Responsibilities

  • Process and review transportation-related AP, AR, and driver pay transactions accurately and timely.
  • Reconcile operational data with financial records to ensure billing and settlement accuracy.
  • Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies, billing disputes, and settlement issues with customers and carriers.
  • Prepare monthly accruals, settlement reports, and supporting documentation for month-end closing.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Dispatch, Warehouse, and Accounting teams to improve data accuracy and process efficiency.
  • Support reporting, data analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives related to TKC settlement.
