About The Position

The Billing QA/QC Representative - Lead will be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of billing processes. This role involves leading quality assurance and quality control efforts within the billing department, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy. The position operates Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
