This role… Serves as a subject matter expert in all aspects of revenue cycle management Provides strategic insights and recommendations to support leadership decision-making Leads the development and implementation of advanced revenue cycle strategies Supports and develops Billing Analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement Ensures timely and accurate client invoicing Utilizes advanced data tools (e.g., Access, databases) to support complex invoice creation Designs and improves process flows with minimal oversight Develops and maintains internal controls for invoice preparation and ensures SOX compliance Maintains process documentation and cycle narratives for billing operations Conducts internal, external, and client contract audits as needed Aligns policies and procedures with evolving processes Leads special projects, including complex system implementations Facilitates team meetings to drive collaboration and process improvements Manages operational scope of complex, cross-functional projects Identifies opportunities to enhance systems, processes, and functionality Builds and maintains strong relationships with key stakeholders Establishes goals and provides regular updates on project progress and performance Drives accountability and adherence to deadlines within the team Performs additional duties and leads projects as assigned
