About The Position

Our well-established client is currently seeking a Billing & Leasing Specialist to join their growing team. This role involves processing sales orders, managing vendor relationships for equipment purchases, handling leased equipment returns, and ensuring smooth equipment delivery and returns by collaborating with sales, technicians, and other staff. The specialist will also be responsible for creating and updating equipment contracts and performing other assigned duties.

Requirements

• Associate degree and 1+ year of relevant experience
• Knowledge of sales processes
• Experience in billing and/or leasing
• Proficient in data entry and management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Highly organized and self-motivated individual
• Detail oriented and deadline driven

Responsibilities

• Process and create sales orders and purchase orders
• Work with vendors to purchase equipment at best costs
• Process returns or purchases of leased equipment
• Work closely with sales representatives, technicians, and other staff, to assure smooth delivery of equipment to customers and return of leased equipment
• Invoice sales orders
• Create and update equipment contracts
• Other duties as assigned
