The Billing & Finance Assistant supports the financial and administrative operations of StrongSteps Behavioral Health programs and services. This position is responsible for assisting with billing preparation, payment tracking, financial documentation, reimbursement monitoring, and administrative financial support related to Health-Related Social Needs (HRSN) services, housing assistance, and other agency programs. The Billing & Finance Assistant works closely with leadership, compliance staff, housing staff, and care management teams to ensure financial records and supporting documentation are organized, accurate, and compliant with agency and payer requirements.
