About The Position

Red Seat Ventures, a FOX Corporation company, is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Billing Coordinator to support our Finance & Ad Sales organization. This role is responsible for managing billing-related workflows while supporting the end-to-end sales process, partnering closely with Account Executives, agencies, and internal teams to ensure accurate execution, revenue integrity, and strong client relationships across platforms.

Nice To Haves

1+ years of experience in media, advertising, billing, or sales operations.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience with STBS, WideOrbit, Salesforce, Workday or similar ad sales/billing systems is a plus.
PowerPoint experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Support the end-to-end sales and billing process by understanding and utilizing sales systems, tools, and procedures.
Work closely with accounting to review and advise on monthly customer invoice revisions.
Enter, revise, and manage advertising orders and logs with a focus on billing accuracy.
Review all IOs to ensure alignment with approved media plans, pricing, and billing terms.
Submit, track, and resolve special billing requests.
Respond to Account Executive requests related to billing details.
Coordinate with stations, internal finance and traffic teams, and agency personnel to ensure timely and accurate billing.
Work closely with client and agency contacts to address billing inquiries, manage expectations, and maintain strong relationships.
