Requirements

Strong understanding of dental insurance and Explanation of Benefits (EOBs)
Proven experience with high-volume payment posting
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong typing and data entry skills
Ability to prioritize workload and consistently meet deadlines
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment

Nice To Haves

Experience with Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or Open Dental preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is a plus

Responsibilities

Post all lockbox payments within the required timelines for assigned partner offices
Review and distribute all lockbox correspondence to the appropriate departments in a timely manner
Apply accurate adjustments to patient ledgers based on Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) and company guidelines
Create IssueTrak tickets for all denials received to ensure proper review and follow-up
Create secondary claims with all required supporting documentation
Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all posting activities
Complete additional projects and tasks as assigned
