About The Position

Providing our clients with exceptional service is the foundation of our business. As a Billing Associate (Midwest Region), you will respond to all billing-related questions, support our internal teams with billing requests and work to ensure accurate and timely invoices that adhere to our independent contractors' rates to secure revenue and maximize company profitability.

Requirements

Previous high volume billing experience in a fast-paced environment
Customer service oriented with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to respond to requests promptly and accurately
Enjoys working collaboratively on a team but can also work independently
Proactive and motivated with strong problem solving and follow up skills
Excellent attention to detail, highly organized and able to multi-task
Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

Produce client invoices accurately and in accordance with all Standing Orders, Vision notes and client specifications ensuring that all necessary information is included on invoice and delivered to the client/designated recipient on a timely basis
Question and resolve anomalies between Vision data and subcontractor invoices related to services, copies, rates, etc.
Understand financial implications of vendor assignments as it relates to specific jobs and escalate to management when questions arise, low GP or another oddity
Quality control Veritext generated invoices line-by-line to ensure accurate codes and rates are applied to maximize billing and profitability
Adhere to all financial policies including COD, Bad Debt, Direct Costs, etc.
Resolve all data discrepancies in Vision to ensure a timely delivery and payment of invoices
Process payment for vendors, reporters and all 1099s for all services performed in accordance with job specifications and negotiated subcontractor rates
