Fuel your passion Under limited supervision, monitor and reconcile job tickets to field job data, maintain SAP job data. Prepare customer invoices efficiently and enter correctly into the system. Excellent communication skills. Ability to organize, multitask and strong attention to detail. May verify information, maintain files and assist in the preparation of reports. Build relationships internally. As a Billing and Collections Analyst, you will be responsible for: Monitoring and reconciling job tickets to field data, maintain SAP job data Preparing customer invoices efficiently and entering correctly into the system Verifying information, maintaining files and assisting in the preparation of reports. Building relationships internally. Coaching performance of team. Overseeing day to day operations. Preparing accounting statements and reports related to billing To be successful in this role you will: Have High School Diploma or equivalent. Associate’s degree preferred. Have Intermediate knowledge of accounting principles. Have ability to organize and prioritize. Have Strong attention to detail. Have ability to work both independently and as part of a team Have Good analytical skills and strong computer skills. Have proficiency in use of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SAP. Have 7+years’ experience in accounting or finance which is a plus. Requirements

  • Have High School Diploma or equivalent. Associate’s degree preferred.
  • Have Intermediate knowledge of accounting principles.
  • Have ability to organize and prioritize.
