Requirements

  • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Familiar with financial voucher/invoicing process
  • Assist with tracking of JHIF payables
  • Familiarization with computer systems of carriers for reference, preferably all or the vast majority of systems
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to speak effectively with and in front of groups

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of Employee Benefits, Medicare requirements a plus

Responsibilities

  • Assist with client invoicing and conduct routine billing audits
  • Manage the implementation process with both the respective group and their consulting team as new JHIF groups are onboarded
  • Coordinate client service to meet day-to-day JHIF member needs
  • Assist with JHIF reporting and regulatory filings
  • Speak with employers/employees effectively during open enrollment meetings and wellness fairs
  • Serve as a direct liaison between clients and carriers
  • Perform other responsibilities and assignments to meet business needs
