About The Position

This individual supports an organization’s finance operations by ensuring timely and accurate billing, maintaining financial records, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues and is efficient and comfortable being a member of a team. The ability to multi-task, while maintaining complex schedules and providing administrative support, is essential in this position. The ideal candidate for this job is resourceful, a good problem solver and organized. Assuring a steady completion of workload in a timely manner is key to success in this position.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred
  • Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Successful completion of a drug test and pre-employment background screening is required. MVR checks are required for all driving positions.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and issue accurate invoices based on services or contract terms.
  • Verify billing data, including pricing, quantities, and customer information
  • Record invoice entries in ERP system
  • Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and disputes
  • Maintain and update customer billing records
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, and customer service teams to ensure billing accuracy.
  • Support month end and period end closing activities
  • Manage workflow ensuring that deadlines are met, and work is completed correctly
  • Scheduling Inspections for field employees
  • Implement programs as directed by management, and see the programs through to completion
  • Generate memos, emails, and reports when appropriate
  • Answering calls and responding to questions and requests for information
