About The Position

Chapman Volkswagen Scottsdale is looking for a dependable and detail-focused Biller to join our Business Office team. In this role, you'll play an important part in the dealership's day-to-day operations by accurately processing vehicle deals, and billing transactions. You'll work closely with our Sales, Finance, and Accounting teams to ensure every deal is processed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with dealership policies. If you enjoy organized, fast-paced work and take pride in getting the details right, we'd love to hear from you.

Requirements

• Dealership accounting experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational, communication, and follow-up skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Perform accounting functions associated with billing vehicle deals
• Review vehicle sales deals for accuracy and compliance with company policies
• Process vehicle sales documentation
• Post bank proceeds to the general ledger
• Process warranties and aftermarket products
• Manage sales commission spreadsheets
• Assist with vehicle title work
