About The Position
Living Innovations is a dedicated organization committed to providing essential support and services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Biller to join our team. If you are passionate about making a positive impact in a non-profit setting, Living Innovations is the place for you! This is an In-Person position 8:30am-5pm Monday through Friday
Requirements
- A patient, caring, and positive attitude.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to provide customer service in and upbeat and cheerful manor.
- Prior experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel/Outlook).
- High school diploma
- Valid state issued driver's license and proof of current vehicle insurance.
- The ability to pass comprehensive background checks per state and company regulations/policies
Nice To Haves
- Experience in billing preferred
Responsibilities
- Responds to business office inquiries in a professional, warm, friendly manner
- Responds to employee and individual inquiries.
- Providing excellent customer service skills both via phone and office interactions.
- Ensuring billing documents are filed electronically in appropriate areas of document management system.
- Maintaining a log of all missing billing items.
- Reconciling billing logs with payroll logs
