About The Position
Carl Black Buick GMC located in Roswell, Georgia currently has an opening for the position of Billing Clerk. This is a Full-Time position with a work schedule of Monday thru Friday up to 40 hours with benefits package. We are seeking a motivated person to become part of our team and growing company. Applicant must be familiar with data entry into computer systems and possess the ability to work efficiently without direct supervision. Applicant must be familiar with Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook. Previous dealership experience preferred but the right person could be trained.
Requirements
- High school diploma or the equivalent
- Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
- Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information
- Basic understanding of PC operations and Microsoft applications
Nice To Haves
- Previous dealership experience preferred but the right person could be trained
- Previous experience with ADP/CDK operating system recommended
Responsibilities
- Processes vehicle deals by verifying that all documents are included
- Inspecting deals for appropriate documents
- Verifying cost (including reconditioning, equipment add-ons and due)
- Stocking in any trade vehicles
- Input data into the dealer's computer operating system
- Ensures that proper accounting practices are followed
- Responsible for balancing income, expense, and inventory accounts
