About The Position

Lindmark Companies is seeking fearless, hardworking individuals to join their team as Billboard Installers. This role involves traveling across the South-Central U.S., climbing structures up to 125 feet tall, and installing and maintaining billboard signs. The ideal candidate is not afraid of heights, enjoys working outdoors and traveling, and takes pride in their work. This is a full-time position with a schedule that may require long days and occasional weekends.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED.
Valid driver’s license and clean background.
Ability to pass a drug test.
Physical strength, stamina, and comfort working at extreme heights.
Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
Excellent communication and time-management skills.
Must weigh under 265 lbs. due to equipment safety ratings.
Full range of motion required to install signage.
Comfortable working outdoors in all climates.

Nice To Haves

Light construction or similar hands-on experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Climb fixed, portable, and extension ladders—up to 125 feet—multiple times daily.
Work from elevated platforms for up to 70% of your day—while always staying safe.
Install and maintain billboard signs, including posters and bulletins.
Lift and carry up to 100 lbs. using safe lifting techniques.
Operate and learn to use tools like welders, oxygen/acetylene torches, chainsaws, compressors, and more.
Travel extensively across Oklahoma, Texas, Kansas, Arkansas, and Louisiana (hotels and $30/day meals paid!).
Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Follow safety protocols without exception.
Adhere to weekly schedules which may require long days (sunup to sundown).
