About The Position

The Bill Review Specialist applies expertise in medical data entry and national repricing systems to analyze complex, high-exposure medical claims and litigation demands. The role conducts precise line-item audits to identify billing irregularities and provides clear, defensible findings that attorneys and adjusters can use in evidence-based decisions. The work supports reimbursement integrity and Dane Street’s reputation in the legal and healthcare communities. The specialist performs quality control of reports; applies repricing payer guidelines, fee schedules, line-item audits, NCCI edits, and clinical validation rules across commercial, auto/PIP, and workers’ compensation lines; and translates CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS, and DRG coding into plain language. The employee supplies and supports their own internet service and maintains an uninterrupted connection.
