About The Position
Blue Link Wireless, an Authorized Retailer of AT&T, is seeking a Bilingual Wireless Retail Sales Representative. This full-time role involves helping customers find the right device and plan, engaging in real sales conversations, problem-solving, and closing deals. The position offers base pay plus uncapped commission, with top performers earning significantly more. Comprehensive, paid 3-week training is provided, and no prior wireless experience is required. The ideal candidate is naturally curious, great with people, motivated by results, and can pick up new technology quickly. The role requires engaging walk-in customers, meeting monthly sales targets, staying updated on AT&T products, and occasionally representing the brand at community events. It also involves handling service and sales needs with honesty and care, and flexibility to work at nearby locations as needed, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or GED
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to pass a background check
- Strong communicator, written and verbal
- Self-starter with a results-focused mindset
- Can hold a real conversation with anyone, from first-time phone buyers to small business owners
- Pick up new tech fast (iPads, POS systems, carrier apps) with no hand-holding needed
- Monthly goals motivate you rather than stress you out
- Listen to the customer first and sell second; the best solution wins the sale
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
