About The Position
Blue Link Wireless, an Authorized Retailer of AT&T, is seeking a Bilingual Wireless Retail Sales Representative. This full-time role involves helping customers find the right device and plan to meet their needs. The position focuses on real sales through conversations, problem-solving, and closing deals, rather than just monitoring a register. The company emphasizes that effort directly correlates with earnings, with a base pay plus uncapped commission. Top performers can earn significantly more, and comprehensive, paid 3-week training is provided to help employees achieve success. The role requires engaging with customers, meeting sales targets, staying updated on AT&T products, and occasionally representing the brand at community events. It also involves handling service and sales needs with honesty and care, and requires flexibility to work at nearby locations and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or GED
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to pass a background check
- Strong communicator, written and verbal
- Self-starter with a results-focused mindset
- Ability to be on your feet most of your shift
- Use tablets and POS systems throughout the day
- May occasionally move items up to 15 lbs.

Responsibilities
