Bilingual Wedding DJ - Hill Country
About The Position
CoHost Entertainment, a brand of Walters Hospitality, is seeking candidates with a passion for providing excellent hospitality to join their team as a Bilingual Wedding DJ. This role involves acting as the Emcee and DJ for weddings, setting up and breaking down equipment, and assisting couples with pre-event planning. The ideal candidate will have an energetic and motivated personality, excellent interpersonal communication skills, and a willingness to learn to speak to audiences of 50-200 people. A good taste in music is also essential. This position requires a sense of urgency and a focus on improving the client's experience.
Requirements
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Submit/complete background check
- Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Able to lift 50 lbs frequently
- Able to stand/walk 8-12 hours

Responsibilities
- Set up the event space, including DJ equipment
- Serve the Couple and Guests by acting as the Emcee and DJ
- Maintain professionalism at all times
- Responsible for assisting couples with Pre-Event DJ Planning, including building a timeline, music playlist creation, and other various items
- Assist with the set-up of the Lighting and the Photo Booth
- Break down the DJ equipment after the event ends
