We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our manufacturing leadership team as an Unloader. The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing operations, be comfortable with physical labor, work effectively in a team environment, and support a continuous production flow by moving whole rubber tires along the grading line and stacking them inside trailers.

Requirements

Must be Bilingual English/Spanish.
The plant environment will include, extreme cold and heat (weather related), working near moving mechanical parts.
Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but can be loud when in the production area.
Consistently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision and ability to adjust focus.
Frequently required to stand for 9 hours a day, walk; use hands to handle or feel, and talk or hear; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, climb or crawl.
1-2 years’ experience working in an industrial manufacturing operations environment, preferred.
