About The Position

Environment Control is seeking an experienced Bilingual Janitorial Unit Manager to oversee cleaning operations, support employees, and maintain outstanding customer satisfaction throughout the Waukesha County area. This position combines leadership, supervision, training, quality control, and hands-on cleaning responsibilities. We are looking for a motivated leader who is passionate about customer service, employee development, and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
• Minimum 6 months of supervisory experience in the cleaning industry or related field
• Valid Driver's License
• Reliable vehicle and transportation
• Criminal background check required
• Drug testing required
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Nice To Haves

• Commercial janitorial management experience
