About The Position

Our agents play a key role in ensuring customers receive responsive, professional support while representing our clients with care and attention to detail. We are seeking highly skilled Bilingual Travel Customer Service Representatives who have GDS experience and are TICO certified to support global client programs and deliver world-class service to high-value customers. In this role, you will respond to inbound requests through phone, email, and chat, providing polished, timely, and accurate support related to lifestyle services, travel coordination, entertainment, dining, events, and loyalty program benefits. You will help create seamless, unforgettable experiences while representing some of the world’s most recognized brands.

Requirements

  • Valid TICO certificate (required)
  • Minimum of 2 years of travel, airline, or hospitality experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of interactive customer service experience
  • Must be located in Ontario, Canada
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Fluent (verbal and written) in English and in one of the following languages: French, Mandarin, or Cantonese

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo etc.) is highly valued
  • Hospitality, travel, or loyalty program experience is highly valued
  • Call center (1+ year) or high-volume service experience preferred
  • Personal global travel experience is an asset

Responsibilities

  • Deliver polished, professional service via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist customers with travel-related, lifestyle loyalty program needs including guiding customers on how to get the most of their travel benefits
  • Book and manage customized travel for flights, hotels, and car rentals using GDS systems
  • Support members with cancellations, re-bookings, unexpected travel disruptions, and planning complex travel itineraries
