(CDBS) Bilingual Translator (English-Spanish)

Requirements
- Must be fluent in both English and Spanish with strong verbal communication skills.
- Ability and willingness to learn manufacturing equipment and machine operation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 7 hours per shift.
- Must be available to work weekends as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Provide real-time translation between English-speaking and Spanish-speaking employees during production activities.
- Assist supervisors and team leads with communicating safety expectations, quality standards, production goals, and work instructions.
- Support employee onboarding and training activities to ensure understanding of workplace requirements.
- Translate operational information, safety documents, and work-related communications when necessary.
- Remain actively engaged with production employees throughout the shift.
- Build knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment to effectively support production operations.
- Promote clear communication that contributes to a safe and productive work environment.
