About The Position
Brightpoint is seeking a mission-driven Bilingual Therapist (Licensed/Unlicensed) to join our early childhood center. This role focuses on Child-Parent Psychotherapy and infant and early childhood mental health. You will assess the behavioral health of participants and provide clinical assessment, diagnosis, and evidenced-based therapy services. We support therapists in obtaining and maintaining clinical licensure through in-house supervision and reimbursement for fees, and offer advanced training opportunities. Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or a closely related clinical field.
- Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.
- Valid driver's license, insurance, and a reliable vehicle.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with an evidence-based or evidence-informed treatment modality, such as Theraplay, the ARC framework, or other trauma-informed practice.
Responsibilities
- Assess the behavioral health of participants.
- Provide clinical assessment, diagnosis, and evidenced-based therapy services as applicable.
