About The Position

The Bilingual Therapeutic Training and Support Worker (TT&S) will work under the supervision of a licensed Clinician. You will support the implementation of the Clinician’s treatment plan and work with clients and their family/caregivers to support in-home therapy goals to treat behavioral needs and improve the family/caregivers’ ability to provide effective support for the clients successful functioning in the home and community. This role offers the flexibility of a 4 or 5-day work week, great pay, and a supportive team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a Human Services field
• Fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese
• Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders or children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
• Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a car
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Access to a laptop or CPS, high speed secure internet, and a phone
