About The Position

Become a Full-Time NECOA Retail Team Lead! NECOA, by Coway, and 2020 Companies have partnered to hire a Full-Time Retail Team Lead in your area! In this role, you will assist in driving sales and creating buzz and excitement around the NECOA brand and water purification products in our shopping mall retail store. You will demonstrate products to customers and tailor demonstrations to their ideal needs. You will be responsible for building rapport with customers and professional relationships with store management and employees.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience
Demonstrated knowledge of products and services
Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment
Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
Ability to maintain customer confidentiality
Be a problem-solving, tech-savvy enthusiast
Have an outgoing personality and be eager to learn
Be comfortable engaging with customers and demonstrating products with training
Ability to engage in a selling process that overcomes objections and connects with customer needs

Nice To Haves

Fluency - English and Spanish (able to read, write, and speak Spanish)
Retail experience or customer service experience a plus
Training or product demonstration experience a plus

Responsibilities

Demonstrate NECOA water purification products within our branded retail store
Engage and build rapport with customers by creating a memorable experience
Support retail team members through training and assisted selling
Open/close the retail store as needed
Maintain displays for cleanliness, functionality, and demo-readiness
Responsible for reporting and competitive insights
Sell products and services in a retail store, kiosk, and/or event environments
Responsible for accurately tracking and communicating all activity to Retail Operations
Ensure work station/kiosk is clean, well-organized, functional and presentable at all times
Responsible for submitting all paperwork completely and accurately
