About The Position

Join our team as a Bilingual Team Lead Copywriter! In this role, you will help shape and elevate the company’s voice across all brand communications while contributing to the development of impactful brand promotions and launches. Working in a dynamic marketing environment, you will leverage both digital and traditional marketing channels to support our omnichannel business strategy and drive meaningful engagement with our patients. This role is based at one of our Home Office locations in either Montreal or Calgary.

Requirements

  • Bilingualism (French/English) is required to communicate daily with team members across Canada
  • Bachelor's degree in translation, literature, communications, marketing or a related field
  • 5+ years of relevant copywriting experience in a marketing or creative agency environment, including team leadership experience
  • Excellent bilingual (French and English) copywriting, and editing skills, with the ability to adapt writing style
  • Strong understanding of branding, creative processes and omnichannel marketing
  • Proficiency in Figma and collaborative creative tools
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Highly creative and strategic thinker with the ability to work independently
  • Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • A collaborative, adaptable, and proactive leader with a growth mindset, able to manage changing priorities effectively

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor and develop a team of two copywriters, fostering a collaborative culture that values exceptional writing, constructive feedback, continuous learning, and creative excellence
  • Own and uphold the quality, clarity, and consistency of French and English copy across four distinct brands
  • Write and refine compelling marketing copy across campaigns, channels and touch points – from headlines to long-form
  • Collaborate closely with Creative and Marketing teams to shape briefs, push concepts and bring campaigns to life
  • Steward and evolve the brand voices across FYidoctors, BonLook, Visique and solis — ensuring each banner remains distinct, consistent and relevant.
  • Review and approve copy through both a creative and strategic lens, ensuring every word earns is intentional and earns its place
  • Ensure smooth team operations by managing priorities, timelines and project allocation
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously and consistently meeting deadlines
  • Work fluidly in Figma within a collaborative creative workflow, reviewing copy in context and contributing to the full creative output
  • Evolve team workflows by identifying more effective ways to collaborate, create and deliver
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and organizational goals
