Bilingual Supply Planning Manager

About The Position

This role is responsible for owning and improving the demand input process in the rolling plan system, overseeing daily factory production and shipping execution, and leading the development of production planning strategies. The position also involves driving the monthly forecast, establishing inventory governance processes, and managing abnormal and excess/overstock materials to optimize working capital and minimize risk.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field.
  • 5-10 years of relevant experience in supply chain planning, production scheduling, or demand/supply management (more for senior positions).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of influencing stakeholders across functions.
  • Advanced MS Excel proficiency; knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive. Strong sense of responsibility, ownership, and continuous improvement mindset.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin & English (written and spoken).

  • Knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

  • Own and continuously improve the demand input process in the rolling plan system, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Oversee daily factory production and shipping execution, proactively identifying risks and driving cross-functional resolution to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Lead the development and optimization of production planning strategies to enhance supply chain efficiency and responsiveness.
  • Drive the consolidation, analysis, and continuous improvement of the monthly 13+9 rolling forecast, providing actionable insights to support business decision-making.
  • Establish and enforce inventory governance processes, including management of abnormal and excess/overstock materials, to optimize working capital and minimize risk.
