Bilingual Supervisor
About The Position
Parallel Employment is assisting a local company in finding a great candidate for a 1st shift supervisor at a local warehouse in Angola, NY. As the 1st shift supervisor, you would be responsible for operation and process productivity, operational efficiency, adherence to standard work, first pass yield, on-the-job training, material movement, and production schedules. You will hold the team accountable to high standards of conduct and performance, while coaching and developing team members for constant improvement. This is a 1st shift position, 5 am - 2:30 pm or until finished.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of supervising 40+ people in a manufacturing environment
- Strong computer skills
- High school diploma/equivalent, or comparable in training, education, or experience
- Ability to read, interpret instructions, operations manuals and follow instructions
- Flexibility and the ability to prioritize new tasks as they come in
- Inventory experience
- Bilingual (English-Spanish) Required
- Exceptional multitask ability
- Interpersonal communications

- Customer Service
- Great computer skills
- Experiences in Microsoft Excel
- 1-3 Years Office Setting Experiences required
