This role involves picking, staging, and safely delivering parts to professional customers. The driver will also handle customer returns and cores, distribute sales flyers, and promote current sales and loyalty programs. A key aspect of the job is building and maintaining relationships with both MainStreet and National Pro customers, providing insights gained during deliveries. The position also assists in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value. Additionally, the driver will contribute to maintaining store cleanliness, general stocking, and cycle counts, while staying knowledgeable about product inventory and new arrivals to aid in sales. Engaging with walk-in customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate parts or services is also expected. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
