About The Position

Allstaff is actively recruiting a personable and adaptable Bilingual Staffing Specialist to join our team. If you are passionate about sales, networking, and negotiating, we would love to hear from you. The Staffing Specialist is primarily responsible for interfacing with customers to determine staffing needs for light industrial and skilled opportunities. This includes sourcing and interviewing candidates and determining skill and proper fit for our clients along with managing employee relations.

Requirements

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
• Customer service experience is required
• At least 1 year of experience working in the staffing industry, sales or in a HR role
• Proficiency Microsoft Office and Excel
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Valid Driver's License
• Reliable Transportation
• Background check eligibility
• Must be available to work Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Avionte BOLD is a plus
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multi-task

Responsibilities

• Recruit candidates to fill open positions
• Communicate with clients daily regarding their needs
• Prepare and maintain reports
• Place candidates on temporary assignment
• Keep employee database up to date
• Manage employees
• Perform various administrative duties
