About The Position

Carolina Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Full-Time Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist for their Hendersonville, NC location. This role focuses on providing high-quality, culturally responsive pediatric care to children and families in both English and Spanish. The position offers integrated care, protected time for planning and documentation, professional development, mentorship, interdisciplinary collaboration with various therapy and health professionals, and opportunities for career growth. The role involves providing evidence-based assessment and treatment for a wide range of communication needs, including speech sound disorders, language and communication disorders, AAC, Autism, early intervention, social communication, fluency, feeding and swallowing, developmental disabilities, and complex communication needs. Requirements

  • Master’s-level Speech-Language Pathologist licensed in North Carolina or eligible for NC licensure
  • ASHA-certified or eligible for certification
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for family-centered, culturally responsive pediatric care

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of pediatric experience preferred
  • Feeding experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Provide evidence-based assessment and treatment for children, adolescents, and families within an integrated pediatric care model.
  • Serve families in both English and Spanish, ensuring children and caregivers can fully participate in their therapy experience.
  • Work alongside an interdisciplinary team that shares ideas, solves problems together, and celebrates one another’s growth.
  • Assess and treat children with a wide range of communication needs, including speech sound disorders, language and communication disorders, AAC, Autism, early intervention, social communication, fluency, feeding and swallowing, developmental disabilities, and complex communication needs.
  • Provide bilingual, culturally responsive assessment and intervention for children and families.
