About The Position

Carolina Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Full-Time Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist to serve children from birth through age 21 in Hendersonville, NC. This role focuses on providing high-quality, culturally responsive care to children and families in both English and Spanish. The position offers integrated care, protected time for planning and documentation, professional development, mentorship, interdisciplinary collaboration with SLPs, OTs, PTs, Psychology, and Behavioral Health, and opportunities for bilingual assessment and intervention. Clinicians benefit from smarter documentation tools, sustainable productivity, and varied practice settings including clinics, schools, daycares, homes, community settings, and telehealth. A designated 'Home Clinic' provides a consistent base for organization and collaboration.

Requirements

  • Master’s-level Speech-Language Pathologist licensed in North Carolina or eligible for NC licensure
  • ASHA-certified or eligible for certification
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for family-centered, culturally responsive pediatric care

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of pediatric experience preferred
  • Strong pediatric candidates with less experience are encouraged to apply
  • Feeding experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Provide evidence-based assessment and treatment for children, adolescents, and families within an integrated pediatric care model.
  • Serve families in both English and Spanish, ensuring children and caregivers can fully participate in their therapy experience.
  • Work alongside an interdisciplinary team to share ideas, solve problems, and celebrate growth.
  • Serve children with a wide range of communication needs, including speech sound disorders, language and communication disorders, AAC, Autism, early intervention, social communication, fluency, feeding and swallowing, developmental disabilities, and complex communication needs.
  • Grow the ability to serve Spanish-speaking families in the community.
