About The Position

Path2Staff Solutions is seeking a Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist (Spanish/English) to join one of our trusted school district partners for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time elementary school opportunity offers a collaborative environment with an SLP-A already on campus, allowing for a balanced workload with shared service responsibilities. This position is ideal for a bilingual SLP who enjoys leadership, collaboration, and supporting student success.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Texas SLP license
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (verbal and written)
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Reliable, student-centered professional committed to quality services

Nice To Haves

• CCC-SLP preferred
• School-based experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct bilingual speech-language evaluations
• Develop IEP goals and complete required documentation
• Provide direct therapy services as needed
• Attend ARD/IEP meetings
• Supervise and support an SLP-A
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain compliance with district, state, and federal requirements
