About The Position

CareTalk Health is a fully remote, nationwide virtual medical practice. We partner with Medicare Advantage plans to deliver Annual Wellness Visits and close care gaps, reaching members wherever they are. We believe virtual care isn't a compromise — it's care delivered the way patients actually want it. Our job is to make that experience simple, reliable, and human. We are seeking Board-Certified Physicians (MD/DO) and experienced Nurse Practitioners licensed in multiple states to provide virtual care as independent contractors (1099). Requirements

• Board Certified (for Physicians)
• Active, unrestricted medical licenses in multiple states (for Physicians)
• Medicare participating physician (or willing to become one) (for Physicians)
• Active, unrestricted NP license (multi-state licensure strongly preferred) (for Nurse Practitioners)
• Experience providing preventative and/or primary care (for Nurse Practitioners)
• Experience using EHR systems and telehealth platforms
• Comfort conducting both phone and video consultations
• Strong digital fluency and ability to navigate multiple systems
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Availability aligned with virtual clinic scheduling needs
• Must become CMS credentialed within our practice (if applicable)
• Bilingual Spanish-Speaking

• Telehealth experience preferred (for Physicians)
• Telehealth experience preferred but not required (for Nurse Practitioners)

Responsibilities

• Conduct Annual Wellness Visits and E/M virtual visits
• Perform new patient evaluations and follow-up consultations
• Manage chronic conditions and support remote monitoring
• Assess patient conditions and review medications
• Provide comprehensive consultations and evidence-based care recommendations
• Build strong patient rapport through effective communication
• Accurately document medical records in the EHR system
• Maintain compliance with telehealth and CMS requirements
• Participate in remote training sessions and workflow updates
