About The Position
This role involves leading a retail store, combining retail knowledge and leadership skills to oversee store operations, manage and develop a team, and ensure customers experience AT&T's services, entertainment, and technology. The Store Manager will oversee all aspects of daily store operations, from merchandising and product launches to meeting sales objectives, ensuring an extraordinary customer experience. The role includes coaching a team of retail sales consultants to meet sales and service goals. Bilingual Spanish and English speakers are specifically sought, with potential for additional starting pay.
Requirements
- Speak Spanish and English.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
- Prior management experience.
- Well-developed planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends, and AT&T mobility systems.
Responsibilities
