About The Position

This role is for a Bilingual Spanish Retail Store Manager at AT&T. The position involves taking the lead in retail stores, combining retail knowledge and leadership skills to oversee store operations, manage and develop a team, and ensure AT&T customers receive best-in-class services, entertainment, and technology. Key responsibilities include merchandising, product launches, and meeting/exceeding sales objectives, all while providing an extraordinary customer experience. The manager will also coach a team of retail sales consultants to help them achieve sales and service goals. AT&T offers paid training for leadership success. Requirements

  • Speak Spanish and English (bilingual)
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry
  • Prior management experience
  • Well-developed planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends, and AT&T mobility systems
  • The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls
