About The Position

This role is for a Bilingual Spanish Retail Sales Consultant who speaks both Spanish and English. The primary goal is to create meaningful connections with customers through personalized sales expertise, meeting sales targets, and earning commission by offering AT&T's products and services. The position involves using a consultative sales approach on the sales floor, participating in community events, filling online orders, and making outbound calls. The role requires flexibility due to a fast-paced environment and evolving technology. Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, but training and coaching will be provided for those without sales experience. AT&T prioritizes the safety of its employees and customers by following all protective and safe-distancing guidelines.
