Bilingual Spanish Retail Sales Consultant
About The Position
This role is for a Bilingual Spanish Retail Sales Consultant who speaks both Spanish and English. The primary goal is to create meaningful connections with customers through personalized sales expertise, utilizing AT&T's products and services to meet sales targets and earn commission. The position involves a consultative sales approach on the sales floor, guiding customers through their options. Additionally, the role includes community engagement through events, filling online orders, and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers. The environment is fast-paced, requiring flexibility and adaptability to evolving technology and customer needs. Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, but training and coaching will be provided for those without sales experience.

- Ability to work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends.
