About The Position
The Bilingual Spanish Retail Sales Consultant is responsible for providing excellent customer service and driving sales. This role requires staying current with the latest technology and devices, understanding customer needs, and educating them on how AT&T products can meet those needs. The consultant will engage customers through product demonstrations and provide prompt, courteous service in a fast-paced team environment.
Requirements
- Bilingual Spanish proficiency
- Ability to meet and exceed sales goals
- Knowledge of the latest data/entertainment technology and devices
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend products

- Ability to educate and engage customers through product demonstrations
