About The Position

The Bilingual Spanish Retail Sales Consultant is responsible for driving sales and providing excellent customer service. This role involves staying current with technology, understanding customer needs, and demonstrating how AT&T products can meet those needs. The position requires multitasking in a fast-paced team environment and engaging customers through product demonstrations.

Stay up-to-date on the latest data/entertainment technology and devices, such as Wi-Fi, data devices, TV entertainment tools
Understand customers' needs and help them discover how our products meet those needs

Educate and engage customers through product demonstrations
Interact with customers and provide prompt and courteous customer service to all customers
