About The Position

BeMore Staffing is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Bilingual / Spanish Apartment Leasing Consultant to join our dynamic team within the Real Estate/Property Management industry. In this role, you will play a key part in driving occupancy, delivering exceptional service to prospective and current residents, and supporting the overall success of our property operations. Requirements

• Must Be Spanish and English speaking
• 1–2 years of leasing or sales experience, preferably within the Real Estate/Property Management industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitask effectively, and meet assigned deadlines.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities, with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficiency with property management software and related technologies; willingness to learn new systems as needed.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends based on business needs may be needed.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in Yardi, OneSite, Entrada, RealPage, etc a huge plus!

Responsibilities

• Lease vacant units to qualified prospective residents while meeting or exceeding leasing and occupancy goals.
• Conduct professional property tours, effectively highlighting features, amenities, and community benefits.
• Respond promptly to inquiries, address resident concerns, and provide outstanding customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of all leasing activities, including applications, lease agreements, renewals, and rent payments.
• Collaborate closely with the property management team to ensure a seamless leasing process and assist in resolving issues as they arise.
• Monitor market trends, competitive properties, and industry developments to ensure strong market positioning and pricing strategies.
