About The Position
We are seeking an experienced bilingual healthcare professional to support four scheduled employee wellness clinic dates in Fort Wayne. This is an excellent supplemental opportunity for a Spanish-speaking Phlebotomist, Certified Medical Assistant, Paramedic, or LPN who is confident performing blood draws and enjoys helping patients feel comfortable throughout the screening process. The clinic will take place inside a professional corporate industrial workplace and will serve employees participating in a preventive wellness program.
Requirements
- Professional fluency in Spanish and English.
- Recent hands-on venipuncture experience.
- Active and unrestricted license or certification applicable to their profession.
- Active BLS certification.
- Strong patient-service and communication skills.
- The ability to work independently in a temporary clinic environment.
- A personal laptop or tablet for electronic documentation.
- Reliable transportation to Fort Wayne, IN 46809.

Responsibilities
- Perform accurate venipuncture and specimen collection.
- Communicate with patients in both Spanish and English.
- Review basic health information and document services in the electronic health record.
- Help patients understand the screening process and their next steps.
- Assist with clinic setup, patient flow, and end-of-day breakdown.
- Maintain an organized, respectful, and professional patient experience.
- Follow infection-control, privacy, and specimen-handling procedures.
