About The Position
We are hiring motivated Field Sales Representatives to join our Orange County team. This is a fast-paced, field-based role involving customer outreach, product education, and enrollment support. This position is ideal for individuals who are active, energetic, and comfortable working outside the office in different locations daily. Full training is provided.
Requirements
- Valid California driver’s license required
- Reliable transportation required
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
- Ability to work minimum 3 days per week (flexible scheduling available)
- Comfortable working in a performance-based environment
Responsibilities
- Travel locally to assigned territories (driving required)
- Conduct in-person customer outreach and sales support
- Assist customers in English and Spanish
- Support enrollment and activation processes
- Meet daily/weekly performance goals
- Work in field events, retail support locations, and community areas
