About The Position
Join our pediatric dental team and help kids build healthy smiles for life! This is an entry-level position where no prior dental experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided. We are looking for reliable, friendly, and eager individuals to learn the skills needed for a career in dentistry. The role involves creating a welcoming environment for children and families, assisting with room preparation and patient flow, learning chairside assisting basics, supporting the doctor/hygienist, managing sterilization and instrument organization, and gaining knowledge of dental software and front desk support. Adherence to safety and infection control guidelines is also part of the role, with training provided.
Requirements
- Bilingual Spanish/English proficiency.

Responsibilities
