About The Position

As a Bilingual Spanish/English Call Center Agent, you will be trained to help customers with their Medicare questions or needs by providing them with the information they need to make informed decisions. Requirements

• Must be fluent in speaking, reading, and writing both English and Spanish
• Active Listening Skills, able to give full attention to what clients are saying
• Ability to multitask
• Good computer and keyboarding skills
• Ability to learn new software quickly
• Outgoing and energetic attitude

Nice To Haves

• Previous Call Center experience a plus (not required)
• Previous translating experience, in work position a plus (not required)
