As a Security Officer Spanish Speaking Patrol in Dallas, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a manufacturing and industrial location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, support access activity, and help to deter security-related incidents through a visible presence and strong communication. Requirements

  • Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
  • Be able to speak, read, and write fluent Spanish.
  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a manufacturing and industrial location.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, shipping and receiving zones, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
  • Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor access as directed by site policies, and report access concerns or policy violations to the appropriate personnel.
  • Support site operations by observing equipment areas, restricted spaces, and material movement for security-related concerns, while maintaining clear communication with team members and site representatives.
